Losing weight by eating less food?

When it comes to losing weight, you can lose weight effectively by eating less. But that is not not terribly effective. So, the body actually needs a certain amount of fuel to run if you look at the body like a car or anything else, you have to have that amount of fuel to get from point A to point B.

The fat tissue stores some of that energy. So, if you decide to try and lose weight and just stop eating, your body gets all scared about starving to death and so it actually keeps those fat stores for that stored energy instead of burning those off. So it’s actually a better idea to eat smaller portions, yes, but still having at least three meals a day is a good idea.
